What it does

The Messages page (route /apps/texto) is the SMS hub for candidate conversations. The nav item and page title are both labeled “Messages”.

The page has two tabs at the top:

  • Inbox — incoming SMS messages from candidates.
  • Outbox — SMS messages you have sent.

Composing a new message

To start a new SMS conversation, use the 3-dot menu at the top right of the Messages page:

  • Send message to a candidate — opens a compose panel targeting a candidate.

How to use it

  1. Open Messages

    Click Messages in the Apps menu.

  2. Switch tabs

    The Inbox tab shows incoming SMS; the Outbox tab shows what you sent.

  3. Open a thread

    Click any message to see the chat-style history with that candidate.

  4. Reply

    Use the compose field at the bottom; pick a template or type free-form.

  5. Compose a new message

    Click the 3-dot menu and choose “Send message to a candidate”.
