Client jobs
Every job you have ever opened under this client, in one filterable list. Same controls as the main Jobs list, but already scoped to this client account.
The Jobs tab on a client profile is a focused view of all jobs tied to this client. It works exactly like the main Jobs list, with the same toolbar (search, filters, sort, pagination) — but the client filter is already locked in, so you only see this client’s jobs.
What you see
- Search bar — type a job title to filter the list down further.
- Filters — open a drawer to filter by status (Open, On hold, Closed), publication state, dates, and many other job fields.
- Sort — by status or creation date, ascending or descending.
- Include closed jobs toggle — by default closed jobs are hidden. Switch it on to include them in the list.
- Results table — title, status pill, creation date, applicants, etc.
- Pagination — 10 results per page by default.
Working with jobs from here
-
Click a job row
Opens the job’s detail page in the same browser tab. Use Cmd/Ctrl + click to open in a new tab if you want to compare two jobs.
-
Filter by status
Open the filter drawer and pick a status to see only Open jobs (or only Closed, etc.).
-
Sort by creation date
Newest first by default — flip to oldest first when you’re auditing how long jobs have been open.
Creating a new job for this client
Job creation isn’t done from this tab — head to the main Jobs page in the main menu, click Add Job, and pick this client from the client dropdown in the creation form.

Tips
- Use this tab as a status check. Glance at the list before a client call to see how many jobs are open, closed, or on hold.
- The counter on the tab is the open job count. Closed jobs don’t add to the number next to the Jobs tab title.
- Switch on “Include closed jobs” for historical reviews. When you need to count every job you’ve ever opened for this client (e.g. for a year-end report), flip the toggle.
