Clients & interviews

Every company a contact works for, and the interviews they booked through the career portal — on one tab of the contact profile, read-only.

What it does

A contact can work with you on behalf of several companies — a consultant who places mandates for three clients, an HR director whose group owns two banners. This tab puts them side by side, with the interviews the contact booked through your career portal underneath.

If your organisation calls clients by another name, the tab and its first section use that name.

The Clients & interviews tab. The navigator follows your scrolling.

At the top, a line counts the interviews: “2 interviews booked through the career portal”. On the left, a navigator — Clients and Interviews, each with its count — scrolls to the section you click, with the reminder: Every company the contact belongs to, and the interviews the contact booked through the career portal (read-only here).

The number next to the tab name is the number of companies.

Clients

One row per company the contact is attached to, in the same order as in the profile header:

  • the company’s logo (or its initials when it has none);
  • the name, preceded by a ★ star when this contact is that company’s primary contact;
  • underneath, the contact’s position and the company’s city — for example HR Director · Montréal, QC.

Click a row to open that client’s profile.

The position is the contact’s own, from their profile: the same position appears on every row.

The star is read-only: its tooltip says Primary contact, but clicking the row simply opens the client’s profile. The primary contact is set from the client’s profile → Contacts tab. A contact can be the primary contact of several of their companies. The star goes away as soon as the designation is unset.

When the contact isn’t attached to any company, the section reads This contact is not attached to any company yet. To attach one, go to the client’s profile → Contacts tab.

Interviews

The interviews the contact booked through the career portal, newest first. Each row shows:

  • the type — for example Phone interview or Video conference interview — then the date and time and, when known, the length (45 min); Date not set when no date was chosen;
  • the status: Pending or Sent (amber), Accepted (green), Refused or Cancelled (red);
  • with the interviewer’s name;
  • Join the meeting — the video link, opened in a new tab — or the phone number or address, depending on the type.

An interview whose date has passed is dimmed.

When there’s none, the section reads No interview booked through the career portal yet.

A new interview booked for the contact counts as activity: it moves the last activity date shown on the Profile tab.

Tips

  • One contact, several companies. Rather than creating the same person twice, attach them to each client from the client’s Contacts tab: every company then appears here and in the header.
  • Check the Interviews section before calling. A contact who has an interview coming up this week doesn’t need a reminder call.
