Clear the cache
Clearing your browser’s cache (or history) can resolve display or access issues. Follow the steps for your browser below.

Chrome — PC, Mac, phone, or tablet
- Open Chrome.
- In the top-right corner, tap More (⋮).
- Tap History, then Clear browsing data.
- At the top of the screen, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Tap Clear data.
- Restart Chrome.

Edge — PC
- Click the Menu icon.
- Go to Settings.
- Click Choose what to clear.
- Check Cached data and files.
- Click Clear.
- Restart Edge.

Firefox — PC
- Click the Menu icon → Options → Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data, check both boxes, then confirm.
- Restart Firefox.

Firefox — Mac
- Click the Menu icon → Preferences → Privacy & Security.
- Under Cached Web Content, click Clear Data.
- Restart Firefox.

Internet Explorer — PC
- Click Tools → Internet Options → General tab → Delete.
- Check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and website data.
- Click Delete.
- Restart Internet Explorer.
Safari — Mac
- Go to the History menu → Clear History → set Clear to All history → click Clear History.
- Restart Safari.
