Clear the cache

Clearing your browser’s cache (or history) can resolve display or access issues. Follow the steps for your browser below.

Chrome — PC, Mac, phone, or tablet

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. In the top-right corner, tap More (⋮).
  3. Tap History, then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top of the screen, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Tap Clear data.
  7. Restart Chrome.

Edge — PC

  1. Click the Menu icon.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Choose what to clear.
  4. Check Cached data and files.
  5. Click Clear.
  6. Restart Edge.

Firefox — PC

  1. Click the Menu icon → OptionsPrivacy & Security.
  2. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data, check both boxes, then confirm.
  3. Restart Firefox.

Firefox — Mac

  1. Click the Menu icon → PreferencesPrivacy & Security.
  2. Under Cached Web Content, click Clear Data.
  3. Restart Firefox.

Internet Explorer — PC

  1. Click ToolsInternet OptionsGeneral tab → Delete.
  2. Check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and website data.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Restart Internet Explorer.

Safari — Mac

  1. Go to the History menu → Clear History → set Clear to All history → click Clear History.
  2. Restart Safari.
