Emails

Inbox and outbox for all candidate and contact emails synced from the user’s provider, with per-email side panel and compose menu.

What it does

The Emails page (route /apps/mailbox) is the unified email hub. All candidate and contact emails synced from your connected provider appear here. The nav item and page title are both labeled “Emails”.

The page has two tabs at the top:

  • Inbox — incoming emails from candidates and contacts synced from your provider.
  • Outbox — emails you have sent.

Composing a new email

To start a new email, use the 3-dot menu at the top right of the Emails page. It offers two options:

  • Send email to a candidate — opens a compose panel pre-scoped to a candidate.
  • Send email to a contact — opens a compose panel pre-scoped to a contact.

How to use it

  1. Open Emails

    Click Emails in the Apps menu.

  2. Browse the inbox

    All candidate and contact emails synced from your connected provider appear in the Inbox tab.

  3. Check sent emails

    Switch to the Outbox tab to see emails you have sent.

  4. Open a message

    Click any thread to see the conversation, with a side panel showing the related candidate or contact.

  5. Reply or forward

    Use the inline composer; templates and signatures are available.

  6. Compose a new email

    Click the 3-dot menu and choose “Send email to a candidate” or “Send email to a contact”.
