Forgot your password

If you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password, use the Recover Password screen to request a reset by email.

Steps

1. Go to the login page and click “Forget Password ?”.
2. On the Recover Password screen, enter your Email Address.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. If an account exists for the address you entered, you will receive an email containing a secure link. The email does not include your password: click the Reveal my password button to obtain it. Check your inbox.
5. The link opens a page that displays your temporary password exactly once. Copy it before you leave the page, as it will not be shown again.

Note

The confirmation message reads: “If an account exists for the email address provided, you will receive an email with a temporary password. Please check your inbox.” For security reasons, this message appears regardless of whether the address is registered.

Caution

The link is valid for 24 hours and works only once. If it has expired or was already used, simply redo the steps above to receive a fresh link.

6. Once you have the temporary password, sign in with it and update it from your profile settings.

To return to the login page without resetting, click Back to Log In at the bottom of the screen.
