Who can do what

Every feature respects the permissions on your role. If your role doesn’t include access to a feature, its menu entry simply doesn’t appear. The Who can use it box on each feature page tells you which roles are expected.

Common roles

Common roles. Recruiters and hiring managers have full candidate and job access. Viewers can read but not edit. Clients only ever see what’s been forwarded to them — never internal comments or teammate-only tabs.

About your configuration

Many labels and lists you see in Nextal — including what “Client” is called in the menu (your organisation may display it as Store, Head Office, or another term), the statuses available for candidates and jobs, the application workflow stages, the job reasons, and the set of languages offered — are set by your administrator in Settings → Customization and may differ from the examples shown in this help center.

Note

Configuration takes effect after a fresh sign-in. The app loads your organisation’s customization at login. If your admin changes a label or list while you’re signed in, sign out and back in to see the update.
