Beyond the email templates you create yourself, Nextal ships with a set of system email templates — predefined emails that the platform sends automatically when a specific event happens (a candidate applies, you schedule an interview, a job alert matches, and so on). Each one already exists in your account; you can edit its subject, body and variables or turn it off, but a system template can’t be deleted.
This page lists every system email template, what triggers it, and its template ID (the technical reference you’ll see used across the product).

System templates appear alongside your own in Email Template — edit the wording, or switch one off to stop those emails.
Tips
You can’t delete a system template — only deactivate it. Switching one off stops Nextal from sending that email at all.
Edit, don’t recreate. To change the wording of an automatic email (say, the interview invitation), edit the matching system template rather than creating a new one.
Each template is per-language. Provide the subject and body in each language you support; the candidate receives the version matching their language.
The template ID is how the rest of the product refers to a system email — for instance, the rejection email on the Deny candidate action is the deniedApplicationClosingJob template.
