Templates

Templates let your team work from a consistent, pre-approved starting point instead of writing from scratch every time. Recruiters and HR managers pick a template; the system fills in the candidate’s name, the job title, and other context automatically.

This section covers four template types:

  • Job templates — save a complete job structure (description, requirements, scoring weights) so new postings are consistent and faster to create.
  • Email templates — define the messages that go out at each stage of the hiring and HR workflow.
  • SMS templates — short-form messages for interview reminders and status updates.
  • Survey templates — questionnaires sent to candidates, employees, or references to collect structured feedback.
