Contact list and search

Every client-side contact at a glance — name, company, last contacted — with 5 built-in filters, two sort keys, two bulk actions and a 14-field export.

Where to find it
Main menu → Contacts

The Contacts list. Statistics on top, toolbar with Add Contact + Export, table with Name / Company / Last Contacted / Creation Date.

Statistics tiles at the top

Four counters above the toolbar — Total, Last 365 days, Last 30 days, Last 7 days — measure how many contacts have a Creation Date in each window.

Toolbar

From left to right: Refresh · Add Contact (with permission to create contacts) · Search · Filters · Sort · Export.

No page-level toggles on the Contacts list.

Filters specific to Contacts

The Contacts list is the shortest of the four — just 5 built-in filters, no custom-property filters.

  • Name (text) — matches the contact’s full name.
  • Creation Date, Last Update Date (date).
  • Clients (select) — the contact’s parent client account.
  • Tags (select-multi) — contact tags (sourced from the client tag list).

Sort keys

  • Name.
  • Creation Date — default, DESC.
  • Relevance — only when a text search is active.

Columns

The Contacts list shows 5 columns:

  1. Checkbox — if you have edit access to contacts.
  2. Name — first + last name + avatar; link to the contact’s profile.
  3. Company — the client account the contact belongs to.
  4. Last Contacted — the most recent interaction (last email / SMS sent).
  5. Creation Date.
  6. Action — 3-dot menu, if you have edit access to contacts.

Row actions (3-dot menu)

One entry (if you have edit access to contacts):

  • Edit.

Bulk actions

When 1+ contacts are ticked, the toolbar is replaced by these 2 bulk-action buttons.

When at least one row is ticked, the toolbar is replaced by 2 bulk actions:

  1. Add tag (tag icon) — opens a tag picker; the chosen tags are appended to every selected contact.
  2. Send text message (board icon in the source, but acts as bulk SMS) — opens an SMS compose side panel pre-filled with every selected contact.

No bulk Email, no bulk Share, no bulk Delete.

Export

Export side panel — 14 fields, 8 active by default.

Where. Right of the toolbar.

Output. XLSX file. Capped at 1000 contacts.

The 14 exportable fields

On by default (8): First name, Last name, Phone Number, Position, Email, Preferred Language, Communication Channel, Creation Date.

Off by default (6): Last Update Date, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Website, Tags.

Tips

  • Last Contacted is the cold-list signal. Sort DESC on Creation Date with Last Contacted column visible, then look at the column to find contacts not reached out to in months.
  • Bulk SMS for events. Filter contacts by Tag = “conf-2026”, tick all, Send text message → “we have a booth at booth 31, drop by”.
  • Per-client view. Use the Clients filter (select-single) to scope the list to one account — useful for relationship reviews.
