Your organization’s library of reusable documents and e-signature templates, organized in folders and managed in the admin app.

Note

Where to find it. The Document Center is managed in the admin app, under Configuration → Document Center (right after Templates). It is no longer in the ATS menu.

What stays in the ATS. Recruiters keep using the library in the ATS: to attach a document to an email (the Document Center button next to the paperclip) and to send a template for signature from a candidate’s Files tab. Only published items are offered there.
