The Entities page lets you maintain the branding and contact details for each entity configured for your organization. Pick an entity from the selector at the top, then edit its logos, contact information, and social media links. Every field is edited inline. This page edits existing entities only — it does not create or remove them.

Selecting an entity

Use the Entity dropdown at the top of the page to choose which entity you want to edit. The first entity is selected by default. Once you pick an entity, its branding and contact sections appear below.

The logos used for the selected entity:

  • Logo — the entity’s standard logo.
  • Reverse Logo — a version suited to dark backgrounds.

Profile information

The selected entity’s contact details:

  • Name — the entity’s name.
  • Email — the entity’s contact email address.
  • Phone Number — the entity’s contact phone number.
  • Address — the entity’s postal address.

Social media

Links to the selected entity’s public profiles:

  • Website
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Monster

Tips

  • Switch entities from the selector to update each one in turn — your changes apply to the entity currently selected.
  • Keep each entity’s email and phone accurate — they appear in the communications associated with that entity.
  • Fill in only the social profiles the entity actively maintains.
