Custom fields

Tips
- Show only the properties your candidates find meaningful. A long list of fields with empty values looks cluttered. Hide fields that are rarely populated.
- Enable “Salary” when you can. Salary transparency is consistently cited by candidates as a factor in whether they apply.
- Use the filter when the list is long — type part of the field name to jump directly to it.
