Custom fields

If your organization has configured active custom job fields, those fields also appear in this list and can be shown or hidden in the same way as the standard properties.

Tips

  • Show only the properties your candidates find meaningful. A long list of fields with empty values looks cluttered. Hide fields that are rarely populated.
  • Enable “Salary” when you can. Salary transparency is consistently cited by candidates as a factor in whether they apply.
  • Use the filter when the list is long — type part of the field name to jump directly to it.
