ATS settings
ATS settings is where administrators define the building blocks that recruiters work with every day — the status labels on candidate and job cards, the reason codes on closure and decline actions, the custom fields that capture information unique to your organization, and the automation rules that keep your pipeline moving without manual nudges.
Changes made here take effect immediately across the ATS. Add a new job status and it appears in the job editor straight away. Rename a decline reason and the updated label shows everywhere it was already in use.
