Delete a job
Delete a job permanently from its detail page. The action opens a confirmation dialog before anything is removed.

How to open it
- Open the job’s detail page (click a row in the Jobs list).
- Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner of the page.
- Choose Delete job.
- The confirmation dialog appears.
What the dialog shows
The dialog displays a red alert box with two pieces of information:
- Are you sure you want to delete this job?
- This operation can not be reverted — deletion is permanent; there is no undo.
What happens after deletion
Clicking Delete removes the job and redirects you to the dashboard. A success notification confirms the deletion.
If the deletion fails (for example, when the job has applications linked to it), an error notification is shown and the job is not removed.
Tips
- Deletion is permanent. There is no restore option once a job is deleted.
- Jobs with applications cannot be deleted. Remove or reassign all applications first.
- Consider duplicating instead of deleting. If you want to reuse a job’s settings for a new opening, use Duplicate job from the same 3-dot menu.
