Report PDF export
Save the report you’re currently viewing as a branded PDF — same charts, same date range, ready to attach to an email or print for a meeting.
What the export contains
One PDF, multi-page, containing every chart and KPI currently visible on the active Reports tab. The export includes:
- The tab title and the active date range (e.g. “Last 30 days” or “2026-05-01 to 2026-05-31”) at the top of every page.
- Every KPI card, with the same numbers shown on screen.
- Every chart, re-rendered at print resolution.
- Every table (including the eight CSV-exportable tables on the Clients report).
- Your organization’s branding (logo, colors) in the header — matched to the brand settings your admin configured.
How to export
-
Open the report you want
Navigate to Reports and click the tab whose view you want to save (Candidates / Jobs / Job Applications / Clients / Job Templates / Career Page / Sponsorship).
-
Set the date range
Top right of the page. Pick Last 365 days, Last 30 days, Last 7 days, or type a custom range. Charts redraw as you change it.
-
For Job Templates, pick a template
The Template selector dropdown drives the entire report. Make sure the right template is selected before exporting.
-
Click Export PDF
The button is in the top-right toolbar (next to the date filter). The browser begins downloading; the file lands in your default downloads folder.
-
Open the PDF
The file is named with the report tab and date range (e.g.
Candidates-Last30Days-2026-05-31.pdf). Each chart is on its own page or grouped logically with related KPIs.
Common uses
- Weekly meeting deck. Export last-7-days at 9 AM Monday, drop into your weekly review.
- Client review. For a client account: switch to the Clients tab, set date range to the contract term, export — share with the client without giving them ATS access.
- Quarterly snapshot. Export the Jobs tab with a custom 90-day range at quarter-end. Archive PDFs to track historical performance independently of live data.
- Audit trail. Some compliance frameworks require periodic point-in-time snapshots of recruiting metrics. PDFs serve as immutable evidence.
