Quick tour

If you’re new to Nextal ATS, follow this path and you’ll cover the core recruiter workflow end-to-end:

  1. Import or create candidates

    Either add them one at a time from the New candidate dialog, or bring in a whole spreadsheet with Bulk import. Duplicates? Merge them.

  2. From a candidate’s Applications tab, or from a job’s applicant board, create a job application — the row that carries a candidate through a hiring pipeline.

  3. Move applicants through your workflow

    Open a job’s Kanban board and drag an applicant between stages. Each move can trigger an email, a survey or an interview booking.

  4. Schedule interviews

    Book interviews manually or send self-booking links for phone, video, or in-person meetings. Candidates receive ICS invites automatically.

  5. Communicate & collect feedback

    Send email or SMS using templates, request references, and gather survey feedback from interviewers.

  6. Share with clients & close the hire

    Forward candidates to client contacts using the Share action on the candidate list or profile, make an offer from the kanban, then archive the application to close the loop.
