Billing
The Billing page lists your organization’s invoices. It is read-only: you can review each invoice, open it, and download or print a copy for your records. Changes to your plan are handled by your Nextal account representative.

The invoice list
Each row in the table is one invoice, with the following columns:
- Total — the amount billed, shown in the invoice’s currency.
- Status — the invoice’s current state (see below).
- Facture Number — the invoice number, shown as a link that opens the full invoice.
- Due date — when the invoice is due, or a dash if none is set.
- Creation — the date and time the invoice was issued.
- Action — opens a menu with Print / Download to save or print the invoice.
Invoice statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | The invoice has been created but not yet finalized. |
| Open | The invoice is finalized and awaiting payment. |
| Paid | The invoice has been paid. |
| Uncollectible | The invoice was marked as unlikely to be paid. |
| Void | The invoice has been cancelled. |
Sorting and filtering
You can sort the list by Name, Status, or Creation Date, and filter it by Name, Creation Date, or Last Update Date. Pagination controls let you move through the list when there are many invoices.
Tips
- Download invoices regularly and forward them to your finance team.
- Open the Facture Number link to view the full invoice in a new tab.
- Filter by Creation Date to find invoices for a specific period quickly.
