Job templates
Job templates give recruiters a ready-to-use starting point for every new posting. A template bundles the job description, structured detail fields (schedule, contract type, hierarchy, and more), and AI scoring weights into a single reusable package. When a recruiter creates a job from a template, all of that information is copied over.
The template list
The list shows all job templates in your organization. You can:
- Search by keyword to narrow down a long list.
- Create a new template with the “Add job template” button.
- Open a template by clicking its name to edit or review it.
- Delete a template from the action menu. Deleting a template does not affect jobs that were already created from it.
Creating a template
Click Add job template to open the creation sidebar. Fill in:
| Field | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Status | Whether the template is active. |
| Title | The job title. |
| Short Description | A brief summary shown on job cards. |
| Full description | The full rich-text job description. |
AI assistance in the sidebar
If your organization has the AI integration enabled, the creation sidebar includes AI assistant components. You can use the AI to help draft the full description and short description, and to suggest alternative job titles. Results are presented for your review before being applied.
After saving
Once the template is saved, it navigates to the template detail page. From there you can navigate between the Description tab (title, short description, full description, general skills) and the Detail tab (structured fields and AI scoring weights).
Tips
- Use consistent naming conventions so recruiters find templates quickly.
- Fill in the Short Description — it appears on your career page when the job is published.
- Review scoring weights after writing the description; the AI uses them when ranking applicants.
