User profile

Your user profile and personal settings: your avatar menu, signature, notifications, connected calendars.

Your avatar menu

Your avatar sits in the top-right corner of every page: your photo, or your initials if you haven’t added a photo yet. Click it to open a panel that shows your name and email, followed by these choices:

• My profile — opens your profile page and its tabs: identity and password, notifications, email configuration and calendar. Available in the ATS and the CRM only.
• Language — one button per language your organization has enabled: FR, EN, ES. See Change your language.
• Theme — Light, Dark or System. See Change the theme.
• Full screen — shows Nextal on your whole screen. Once you’re in full screen, the choice becomes Exit full screen. It doesn’t appear in browsers that can’t go full screen, such as Safari on iPhone or iPad.
• Log out — ends your session and takes you back to the login page.

Language, theme and full screen used to be separate buttons in the top bar; they’re now grouped in this menu. In HRIS and Administration, the panel has no My profile row: your personal settings live in the ATS.

With the keyboard

Reach your avatar with the Tab key, then press Enter (or the space bar) to open the panel. Tab then moves through its choices. Esc closes the panel and puts you back on your avatar. Clicking outside the panel closes it too.
