Custom properties
If your organization has defined custom properties for jobs, they appear in this section. Custom fields can be text, dropdown, date, or numeric — whatever your team configured in the job settings. They are copied to every job created from this template.
AI scoring weights
At the bottom of the Detail tab (visible when AI integration is enabled), the AI scoring weights panel lets you configure how much weight each dimension carries when the AI ranks candidates against jobs created from this template. See Job template — AI scoring weights for the full guide.
Tips
Fill in every field you can. Incomplete templates mean recruiters have to fill in more manually — and may fill it in differently each time, leading to inconsistent data.
If a field doesn’t apply to this role type, leave it blank rather than putting a placeholder value.
