Client contacts

Every person who works at this client — HR managers, hiring managers, decision makers. Add new contacts, search, filter, and open any contact profile in one click.

Where to find it
Client profile → Contacts tab
Who can use it
Anyone with access to clients and contacts.

The Contacts tab on a client profile lists every person tied to this client account. This is where you go when a recruiter asks “who’s the hiring manager for the Q1 roles at Acme?”.

The Contacts tab. Each contact has a row with name, role, and contact details.

What you see

A list of every contact attached to this client. For each contact you’ll see:

  • Name
  • Position (job title at the client)
  • Email
  • Phone

Working with contacts from here

  1. Click a contact row

Opens the contact’s profile in the same tab.

  2. Add a new contact

Use the toolbar action to add a new contact, pre-linked to this client.

Where contacts and clients sit together

A contact can belong to more than one client. From the contact’s profile you can see the company they work for; from this tab on the client side you see every contact at that company. The two views stay in sync — adding a contact here makes them appear on the contact profile too.

Tips

  • Keep position titles current. When a contact moves to a new role at the same company, update their position so the list reflects who’s currently the right person to talk to.
  • The counter on the Contacts tab is the total contact count. Click into any contact to see their email, conversations, and tasks.
  • Click the contact name on a contact card to jump to their full profile. The shortest path to the full email history with that person.
