Change your language

Switch the Nextal interface language from the flag menu in the top bar. Your choice is saved to your profile, so it’s remembered the next time you sign in.

Where to find it
Top bar → the flag icon (top-right, next to your profile menu)
Who can use it
Everyone — each user controls their own interface language

The language is changed from a flag icon in the top bar, not from a settings page. The flag shown is your current language.

How to change your language

  1. Click the flag icon in the top bar

It’s in the top-right corner, next to your profile menu. The flag indicates your current language.

  2. Pick a language

A short menu opens listing the languages your organization has enabled, each with its flag and name: Français, English, Español. Click the one you want.

  3. The page reloads in your new language

The interface switches, your choice is saved to your profile, and the page reloads so every label updates with the new language.

The flag icon in the top bar. Pick a language and the page reloads in it.

Tips

  • Per-user setting. Each person picks their own language; changing yours doesn’t affect colleagues. It’s stored on your profile and remembered next time.
  • Candidate communications are separate. Your interface language doesn’t control the language of emails or SMS sent to candidates — that follows the candidate’s own communication preferences.
