What it does

Create a template URL, edit it in BoldSign and send a document for signature to specified signer roles.

How to use it

  1. Pick a template

    From Document Center, select the template you want to send for signature.

  2. Open in BoldSign

    Click Edit in BoldSign — a new tab opens with the BoldSign editor.

  3. Add fields

    Drag signer roles (Signer 1, Signer 2…), date fields, initials boxes onto the document.

  4. Send

    Specify signers and send. The status (Sent / Viewed / Signed / Declined) appears on the candidate record.
