Allow candidates to upload multiple files
The Allow candidate to add more files toggle controls whether applicants can attach files beyond their CV when submitting an application through your career site.

Where to find it
- Go to Configuration in the main menu.
- Open the Career page section.
- Click the Application tab.
- Scroll to the Applicant Setup section.
The three Applicant Setup toggles
The Applicant Setup section contains three on/off toggles that work together:
| Toggle | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Require candidate for a CV | When on, the candidate must attach a CV to submit the application |
| Allow candidate to add more files | When on, the candidate can attach additional files beyond the CV |
| Show apply button | When on, the apply button is visible on job listings |
How “Allow candidate to add more files” works
When this toggle is on, a file attachment area appears on the application form after the CV field, letting candidates upload additional documents such as cover letters, portfolios, or references.
When this toggle is off, candidates can only attach their CV (if the Require candidate for a CV toggle is on) and cannot add other files.
Save behavior
Changes to these toggles are saved automatically when you flip them. There is no separate Save button for this section.
Tips
- Enabling multiple files does not require a CV. The two toggles are independent — you can allow extra files without requiring a CV, or require a CV without allowing extra files.
- Ask for less, not more. Every additional required field or upload increases the chance a candidate abandons the form before submitting.
