There are 3 methods you can use to share a candidate:
- From the candidate list (share one candidate)
- From the candidate list (share multiple candidates)
- From the application board on a job
From the candidate list (share one candidate)
- Go to the candidate list page
- Click on the “Share” icon and a popup window will be displayed
- From the popup window, select one or many colleagues with whom you want to share the candidate
- Then click on “Send”
From the candidate list (share multiple candidates)
- Go to the candidate list page
- Select on the left side of the candidate(s) the name you want to share. You can select as many as you want.
- A new button appear that will allow you to share a list of candidates.
- From the popup window, select one or many colleagues with whom you want to share the candidate
- Then click on “Send”
From the application board on a job
- Go to the job where you know there is candidates that you want to share
- On the left side of the candidate(s) name, select who you want to share. You will see that on the bottom of the page a new button will appear that will allow you to share a list of candidates.
- Once you select all the candidates you wanted to share, click on the “Share” button at the bottom of the page. A popup window will be displayed.
- From the popup window, select one or many colleagues that you want to share the candidate with, then click on “Send.”
