From the candidate list
To send a job, you only have to follow these steps:
- Go to the candidate list page.
- Find the candidate to whom you want to send an email and click on the email icon.
- A popup will appear. From the drop down menu select “Send job.”
- A new field will appear that will allow you to select the job you want to send to the candidate. This input box is a search box, so start typing the job description to reduce the results and find your posting faster.
- Once you have selected the job, you only have to click on send and an email will be send to the candidate.
Important note:
You can send an email to multiple candidates at one time. In order to do that, you need to select the candidate(s) using the checkbox options to the left side of their name. Selecting one or multiple candidates will display a new menu on the top of the list. There you will see a button:
Clicking it will open the same popup, but this time it will send the email to multiple candidates at the same time.
From the job list
It might be easier to find the job first and then choose the candidate(s) to send it to. You can also do it from the job list area.
To send a job, you only have to follow these steps:
- Find the job you want to send from the job list and click on the email icon.
- A popup with one field will appear that will allow you to select the job you want to send the the candidate. This input box is a search box, so start typing the job posting to reduce the results and find your candidate faster.
- You can select more than one candidate at the same time.
- Once selected, the candidate(s), you only have to click on send and a email will be send to the candidate.
