This is the main purpose of the application tracking option – to monitor the application of a candidate. This article focuses on the Kanban view of the candidate’s journey. This area is where you can process a candidate and show the work you are doing.
There are 4 major steps in the process:
- Screenning
- Interviewing
- Hiring
- Declining
The fourth step might have been split in to multiple steps in your configuration, but they are all linked to one of these 4 steps.
Managing a candidate’s application means to move the candidate from one step to another.
To do so, we simplified this as much as possible because this uses a drag and drop function. So all you have to do is click on a candidate and move him to another column. Based on the column where you drop the candidate, an action will be proposed to you:
- Send an interview email invite (with a date, hour, and location)
- Send a decline email
- Close the job
